{Some of the} Classes We Offer

Spend Some Time With Us

Everyone leads a busy life nowadays. So, why not let us take care of your fitness and spiritual needs. We offer group classes and specialized programs throughout the day to accommodate your busy schedule. Your mental and physical health is our top priority; see how we can help you make the most out of your time.

Mindful Movement & Meditation

It's true! Your thoughts can create your reality! During this class, you will be guided into a calm and positive mindset through the use of guided imagery, positive affirmations and other tools to help you re-focus your mind, body and emotions to align with peace, balance, joy, and abundance.
If you feel stuck, unhappy, or unclear about your path in life, this class is for you. If you've been struggling with fear, self-esteem, body image, relationship issues, financial woes, or any negative and self-sabotaging thought or emotional patterns, this class will give you tools to transform your mindset on or off your mat and put you on track to transforming your life and mind for good! This introspective practice strikes a balance between movement & stillness, strength & surrender, leaving you open, refreshed, and at peace.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means “connection.” Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath which helps the practitioner develop a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, and harmony with themselves and their environment. Vinyasa classes typically include smoothly flowing movements between poses guided by the force of inhales and exhales. Each class may include variations of Sun Salutations as well as core, standing postures, twists, forward bends, etc. This session is an ideal option for experienced yogis and can be scaled up or down depending upon what your body needs.

Flow & Restore

Flow & Restore: We will practice gently paced breath to movement flow postures for the first portion of class, and investigate a restful restorative practice for the second half. Restorative Yoga is designed for those who want and need to fill themselves back up. Life on the outside can be pretty stress-filled these days. Restorative Yoga helps you remember how to find the calm in the storm, have strength from within and revitalize yourself so that you feel whole again. This deep restful practice will help bring balance and peace back into your life again.

Candlelight Yoga

Candlelight: Rejuvenate your natural rhythm & harmony, improve strength & flexibility, dissolve tension, and experience a deep sense of well-being that will support you well after the session is over. This introspective practice strikes a balance between movement & stillness, strength & surrender, leaving you open, refreshed, and at peace.  Candlelight practice is ideal for letting go of the events of the day and turning inward. Also makes for a unique date night.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Flow: Emphasizing a mind/body connection, this is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the opportunity to take it to the next level. Also a nice option for students with injuries or limitations. Props are provided and encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably.

Cycle Strength Training

CST classes combine a nice variety of drills on and off the bike! Interval-based full-body strength training designed to burn fat, increase your strength, and improve your cardio conditioning.
Do not let the bike intimidate you - this class is programmed to suit to all ability levels - and not one person is at the same spot on their fitness journey.

Functional Training

Functional Training: This is a strength and conditioning class consisting of aerobic movements, body weight exercises, and weightlifting. We will focus on skill work and exercises which involve training the body for the activities of every day life. We will explore proper body weight movements and gradually increase intensity with the use of weights, height, speed, duration, elements, etc.

Interval Training {HIIT}

Interval Training. Timed intervals involving a variety of low to high intensity exercises interspersed with short rest periods. Studies show that the metabolism-boosting effects of high intensity intervals may be more effective at inducing fat loss than simply training at a moderate intensity for the same duration. Blast calories, build muscle, improve performance, and crush goals!

Circuit Training

Circuit Training: If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class because it can change at any time! It will be a combination of strength, cardio and core - but every session will be a surprise! Total body conditioning class in a group circuit format! Easy to follow, yet effective combo utilizing weights and resistance work. This session is a great option for beginners, those getting back into a workout regime, or individuals seeking a challenge.

Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

Kristine

Fitness / Mind / Body / Yoga

Kristine's fitness journey began 25 years ago while getting her degree in Dance. She had one particular professor who drove home the mind body connection that comes with the yogi practice. Unfortunately, a back injury ended her dance career. Her continued yoga practice helped with recovery, and she decided to get certified with Core Power.
Several years later, after her daughter was born, the pain returned and a friend recommended Pilates. She found relief, got certified, and after six years teaching Pilates decided it was time to revisit yoga. Kristine likes to mix things up with Dance and Tabata as well. Her daily workouts help center her to be a better mom, friend and therapist to ASD children.
She is a certified RTY-200 hour (working toward 500 hour) through the Yoga Alliance as well as specialty certified in Restorative Yoga. She is also mat Pilates, Rollology, and specialty Senior Fitness Certified. And loves teaching a variety of classes to keep her body guessing and moving!
